“REFINANCE”Since buying a fixer upper is generally cash heavy and now your property is no longer a fixer upper, its time to get a traditional mortgage and pay you (or your investors) back.

Fixer upper style will not work here right now and I live and work in the Cy-Fair area.

OP @Trae Turner do you have your funding in place ready to buy sf fixer upper? 

Thankfully, I found a broker who is willing to help me round up distressed homes (fixer upper, TLC types) near the Denver area and its surrounding suburbs/outskirts. 

My idea is to rent out our home in Del Valle and make a purchase on a fixer-upper that is not too much work.

I have just purchased a fixer-upper prior to getting my license though.
