Hi everyone,I am a licensed realtor on Long Island and new to wholesaling.

Then I moved out to the east coast Hilton head island for a year, then I moved to Southern California and have been living outside San Diego for the last 20 years!

For now, my goal is to purchase a 2 to 3 unit property on the island of O'ahu, preferably on the East/North side.

HiI am a long distance BRRR investor with 4 units in Florida.I am looking to identify STRs in Long Island- ie Cold Springs Harbor, Hampton’s (although Hampton’s properties are probably too overpriced).

The house has a nice sized island so i can’t use prefab.  

I frequently visit Rhode Island and drive down to Eastern Connecticut.

Can anyone recommend a good real estate attorney in the Long Island ny area to help with closings and reviewing loans ?

So the property is uninhabitable you need to know what it costs to get it up and running, have the contractor who can do it fast, and you must be willing to get your hands dirty to learn the details of the first one.
