After listing to a few Bigger Pockets podcasts later, I've became addicted!

Since BP only allowes (1) company in your forum signature, which is practically unbelieveable, does anyone know how I can edit my forum signature information?

I think it's more addictive than drugs.

Also I’m sure there are drug addicts or homeless going in and out of the property that has fire damage.

Historically, they seem UNBELIEVABLY low, but I keep seeing stuff in the 2's% on TV. 

Tantrums and meltdowns are so unbelievably embarrassing especially in public or during first impressions.

I may do a JV there one day if some unbelievable deal is dumped in my lap but most of the stuff I ever see have garage numbers which is why most seem to be losing. 

Others wonder why a pair of 60-something billionaires would think to run an entertainment company whose entire existence is banking on the mercurial whims of smart phone addicts between the ages of 25 and 30?
