Hi BP!  I just wanted to introduce myself.  My name is Jon, I live in the metro Detroit area. I hope to become an investor with enough passive income to replace my job.  But right now, I want to learn all I can about analyzing a deal.  

I started listening to the BP podcasts, and seen videos on YouTube, bought a couple of audio books, and I think I'm hooked!
