Yes, I realize you could frame out a full-height or even a knee wall at the end of the tub, but it's already really tight with a tiny vanity crammed in at that end.If I purchase the property and hire a contractor, I'd put it on him to figure it out, but nonetheless, this is just bothering me...

At least Downtown LA has more space to spread out; whereas downtown NYC has only the tiny narrow island of Manhattan (New York County) unless we count downtown Brooklyn etc as part of downtown NYC.I'll never forget the walk from work downtown Manhattan to Forest Hills, Queens back in 9/2001 when everything was shut down.

In my textbook there are samples of contracts, and I'm reading them through and through, even the tiny print on the back, and there are two clauses which confuse the hell out of me.2079.18 reads:No selling agent in a real property transaction may act as an agent for the buyer only, when the selling agent is also acting as the listing agent in the transaction.2079.22 reads:Nothing in this article precludes a listing agent from also being a selling agent, and the combination of these functions in one agent does not, of itself, make that agent a dual agent.How are these two clauses not contradictory?
