It is written with the tone of this is what the contract will be - take it or leave it. 2) Closing is 8/13 and yes it is a double closing and I have to pay all closing costs - not thrilled about that.5) I would feel much more comfortable having an inspector come out with me, but I don't know if I'll be able to find one in time.
