She follows up, she has fantastic communication skills (always available), she has a thorough knowledge of the local market, she has a great team in place to help her, and it's obvious she has a passion for what she does.  

I haven't personally worked with them, but I met with a banker at a BB&T Bank in Arlington Highlands that I thoroughly enjoyed.

When I am in the process of buying a multimillion dollar deal, I would rather not leave that up to chance that someone in a forum, on YouTube, or on a podcast is going to thoroughly answer my questions and help me solve my problems (no offense BP... lol). 

If your loan officer can answer those items thoroughly without having to go research the answers then you will have a good lender at your disposal. 

You need to thoroughly study all the aspects of finances and investing and learn your markets.

You might be better off thoroughly vetting your PM and if you aren't satisfied, start looking for a PM that you trust and aligns with your vision. 

@Jason Chen regardless if it is cash or if you are using a lender, you need to inspect the property thoroughly.
