I'd be weary of "partnering" with any general contractor 95% of them are terrible and will put other projects ahead of your "partnership".

It was always a different agent (buyers) and they all seemed less experienced, the marketing was terrible or nonexistent for listings, and the agents didn’t seem to care all that much.

Im in New Hampshire so the houses aren't terrible and Im not opposed to going to surrounding states once I start to look for more properties, but I am wanting to real dive head first into rental properties.Im looking at buying my first 2-4 unit in the next 6 months or so and using that to "house-hack."
