I hear there's a recent case in Federal Court where an investor was found NOT GUILTY of violating anti spam laws because his text was asking to BUY a property, which isn't sales (which is what marketing is).

I'm not too familiar with the markets yet but research I've done suggests that the towns of New Britain, New Haven and Hartford all have a good mix of inventory and low prices coupled with plenty of amenities, night life, cafes, etc and local colleges to bring younger people to the area year after year.

@Blake Johnson If investors want to divide real estate holdings without triggering a large tax bill, the biggest challenge is that transferring assets out of a corporation is typically treated as a taxable sale at fair market value.
