I had a fancy colored map but I can't find it. 

Since I have access to a high-throughput color printer, it occurred to me that printing out creative tri-fold "self-mail" pieces (no envelope, sort of like a brochure) might be something worth trying.

However, I will say that when you have colleges providing "safe spaces" for people to be protected from opposing viewpoints, Play Doh and coloring books because the wrong candidate won an election and emergency counseling funds released for people who had to go the atrocity of seeing political graffiti written in chalk on the sidewalk (all of these and many more events like them have actually happened), I would say in general we are raising a generation weak, entitled brats.

I sent new LED can light trim kits with warm color and warm color bulbs out to the house for install.

Also, doing something that others aren't, such as a colored envelope or postcard paper is helpful.

There is no “Repair Siding” or “Paint Exterior with this color”.

Nothing like a lush green front lawn and some color pops with pretty flowers.
