But over the past generation, a different strain of Christian faith has proliferated—one that promises to make believers rich in the here and now.

The home actually has quite a few upgrades (double pane windows, fairly new a/c, heat, wiring, ceiling fans, etc.), but it still needs a little bit of work, which should still put me at just around 60% value of comps.

Okay so on my buildings I have a 30 year old building.Next to the door is a 2 pane slider. One of the panes broke from someone attempting to get in to one of the units. From my car audio business days I worked with plexiglass.Much tougher than glass to break and was clear and easy to clean. Was thinking of buying a sheet for 20 bucks and putting in the front as one piece replacing the slider. The slider is next to the front door so it does not need escape access or air flow just to let sun light in the front room.Opinions??

For example, the windows are the original single pane - some are hard to open, in winter the some of the storm windows get condensation, but I don't think I'd want to replace ~20 windows.
