What they didn't hear from these gurus is that it usually takes a large buyers list, a LOT of the marketing (which can cost money) and the patience of Job to not get frustrated with the great deals snatched out from under your nose by a rehabber or a retail buyer looking for a deal.The bottom line is this: unless you're a master negotiator with crazy, mad people skills and the unending energy of a six year old child, there are better ways to get started in this business.

Sanding, caulking, primer and 2 coats isn't all that expensive for the doors.Changing hardware is fairly cheap too, they have all kinds of places online that offer reasonably priced nickel/oil-rubbed bronze hardware.Porcelain tile counter tops with a hardwood bull nose are very cheap install and easy to do yourself.
