Where these numbers are found, there is a very high rate of rent actually being paid.We have over a dozen Fortune 500 companies just in Metro Detroit with huge Healthcare, Auto, and mortgage industry National footprints.

We would greatly appreciate any advice on promising markets, recommendations for reliable agents and lenders, as well as insights on how to proceed as newcomers to the industry.

I've been hearing about problems in the insurance industry but this is my first time experiencing it personally.

We paper them differently and have numerous disclosures and checks and balances in place to ensure the deal is as risk free as currently possible.I agree the gurus are soiling this industry quite a bit. 

I am a complete newbie to real estate and I'm looking to make a switch in my life and taking part in an industry that can set me up financially for the future and forward. 

It is highly advised to keep learning continuously as the real estate industry is constantly evolving, and staying updated is crucial.

Spend on marketing : highway billboard(units are only 0.1 miles from the major highway), lake billboard(units are 1 mile of the lake), Facebook ads.. total budget 20k.I have owned single family/multi fmly rentals before and this is my first big investment into storage units,  please help me out industry veterans and let me know what else can I do to get to profitabilty soon.
