There is a line of code that can be inserted in the address bar of any web page and it allows you to change anything on the page (text, graphics) and then print it.

I had first tried putting my website together myself with Dreamweaver (I have some experience with graphic design and building websites as a hobby), then switched to a Wordpress based site, then subscribed to RealInvestorWebsites.com for the simplicity of it and how easy it is to set up new sites and customize them.

You showcase what you do there so a blog component would work very good.If you can't do that, set up a self hosted wordpress blog and link your blog posts back to your site.

I believe you can showcase your properties on one of the sites they offer as well. 

The latter showcases everyday mom and pop landlords. 

It is also a nice graphical tool for looking at sold comps.
