He’s doing some marketing specifically playing up the fact that a cabin in the woods is a pretty safe place to ride out something like this... haha... sad but true.

Naturally, most people think cowboys are nuts: who wants to ride in a saddle (i.e. car) on a dusty trail all day (i.e. driving for dollars) and keeping an eye on cows (i.e. looking for overgrown lawns, FSBO signs, foreclosures, short sales, off market deals)? 

There are swamp tours, streetcar rides, the sculpture garden, Garden District tours, WWII museum, Mardi Gras World tour (where floats are made), etc. etc. etc. and lots and lots of great restaurants...We have the best food on Earth.

It's been a wild ride, especially losing both grandparents and husband having a stroke, but we are still here and going strong with clients from all over the county bringing their equipment to us for repair!

Remember, you can ride the rollercoaster, but you only realize a loss when you get off the ride.  

I paid into that for 9 years and I still let it ride.
