Properties here on Long Island have been sitting without any payments with the lender paying taxes and insurance for in excess of 3 years. when the owner offers to resume payments the money is returned.

I happen to believe that a child living with a nuclear family (ie their biological mom and dad) is extremely important for their well being in all areas, including financially.

An example would be to email the resume in a specific format, include a specific subject line, include a certain thing in the email, include a voice recording of specific length about a specific and random topic (so they have to record one just for you).  

Send them an email attach your resume with all the zip codes you are able to work in.

For commercial deals of that size, the bank will likely care much more about the property cash flow, your personal resume and your personal financial statement than your credit score.One thing I did not see mentioned...

I say this in that I think his plan is exactly mine in filling the resume gap.
