Not in those areas but deep East Texas area I have been looking. 

Without diving too deep into your situation, I would also suggest you work to stabilize your income if you want to go the Fannie/Freddie route. 

But at the beginning you have to farm and mine small and then go wide to go an inch deep in just wholesaling

Look deep for these programs !

I am deep in credit card debt and we live paycheck to paycheck.

We like to stay for years, do most of our own maintenance, and the unit is deep cleaned and professional maintained consistently.

foundations are pretty common issues i have found in Texas and other parts of the deep south.issue is how extensive do you need to cut water sewer lines.. patch cracks in the walls then repaint etc.some areas are simply worse than others.. and some builders got away with minimum foundation thickness that will be a constant problem..  

You might be able to achieve that on a deep value add play... maybe.

So I want to figure out how to make an extra couple hundred bucks a week in something real estate related so I can get exposure and some new experience while not having to jump in the deep end, and can do something part-time.
