Unfortunately, I am now recovering from a brain anuerism and a stroke about 6 years ago and I still cannot walk or make any money for my wife and daughter.

I am still medically recovering and not ready to go out and find a mentor but make sure the event or club is not a place being used to sell you something.  

I have been on BP for about 18 months and I still have not decided which niche to pick while I am medically recovering.  

There is a chance the interest rate may be a little higher so the bank can recover more profit on the low value of the loan.I will also say, on what I hear on podcasts about NYC, where are you seeing duplexes for under $75k?

Even if you are able to rent the property out next month for $800, it would take you 15 months to recover that $750 that you could have received by just renting your place out for $750 and avoiding the 1 month vacancy.  

I thought it would be an easy process, had all the math done, turned a mixed use into a fourplex, lots of upgrades but now I find out there is no real refinancing options to recover the cash investment I did to upgrade the property. 

I am now 60 years old and am quite opinionated.I found BP about 19 months ago and I still have not decided on anything while I am medically recovering.

For example, in Texas the right to claim the overage expires in 2 years and you must be an attorney to help someone recover it.
