I think not just young people, but people in general lack commitment when times are hard, it's easy to be optimistic and vibrant during the good times but when there is a struggle that is what separates real bosses from pretenders.

I typically even discuss this with my loan officers to be transparent, and they pretend not to listen but don't take exception.
