It sounds like a good deal ,but I dont know if this is a scam I have tried to look up info on them and can not find any Has anybody heard of them or knows how to check them out .My plains were to buy a house with the lines of credit and then refinance to pay of credit card and then do this over and over Is this a viable plain or not thank you for any input Bob Murphy

The little feedback you are getting sounds like a load of BS and not true commentary.If there wasn't a problem with the property and it wasn't overpriced you would already have offers on it plain and simple.

If someone is sick and knows that there's better healthcare here than Liberia, why wouldn't they take a Tylenol before going to the airport, thereby reducing their temperature!

One thing that some of the locals co plain about is when they started to build some of the massive car plants in the burbs. 

I just think these kinds of blanket statements and generalities are not helpful, and often just plain silly.

I can think of 50 reasons that  she verbally might have  agreed and then put off returning your calls, everything from being busy with the kids, to getting conflicting advice from family or friends, to just plain shopping the agreement. 

Having done that for a better part of 2 decades your absolutely right... there are many many out there that are either incompetent ( either newbies or just plain dumb) or they are shysters who  go from one funder to another ripping cash out of deals.AS a lender and that's what the crowd funders are they are brokers and underwriters at least I would think they should be. its up to them to vette the deals.Now if the sponsors of these crowdfunding sites are saying hey we just bring you the deal its up to you Mr. accredited investor to do your own due diligence then that's another matter.
