Lopsided Listing Agreement

Realtor knows of stroke i had last year.Asked me to sign Listing Agreement and told her I was uncomfortable, She said she understands the contract and went through it with me. Didn't cover clause that says buyer agent gets 0% percent; told me also that 6-9 month contract is typical. i spoke with lawyer who said he'll contact her and will let me know when/if he hears from her. What should I do? House has not been shown to anyone because I told agent i was uncomfortable with price and I also had tree fall on property. I want to put in writing that she is to not market or advertise or put on any mls. Attorney hasn't called me back yet and i don't like his approach of let's wait for her to call him. Any advice?
