Now it is fixed and not leaking anymore but the plumber wants to charge us twice for the repairs although the second plumber just fixed the first plumber's mistake.  

HML lenders there are clamoring to lend money at low rates because they view that market as really hot and if the rehabber can't sell it or make mistakes they still get their money back in a rising market and limited inventory.How a lender views the asset would also depend on the price range.

Yes, it's completely unreasonable to ask your applicants to pay more because you made a mistake.

One of the F&G employees recommended using PayPal to convert to cash and that was a HUGE mistake.

Thanks,Ratna what everyone mistake is some people is stuck in h1b for decades and they are too afraid to buy primary home, or to buy rental in US or even to apply mortgage which at the end, makes them losing the biggest opportunity to make money in real estate.In reality it doesn't really matter as income from cash flow is a passive investment, you could do even flipping business while on h1 as the profit is from buy and sell activity. 

The companies you mention have been around for a while and have stood the test of time.They have stood the test of time in a niche called "turnkey real estate" that has always carried a stigma.So I think that speaks volumes of their quality 👍Nobody is perfect and those that work hard, will eventually make a mistake.As long as the mistake is an "honest mistake".And being a turnkey provider myself for 10+ years now I can sure say that some investors can be a true pain in the A$$ and it feels like they look for drama/issues intentionally instead of smooth sailing lolWith that said, I suggest doing your online research and reaching out to the one that tickles your fancy the most.And then go from there.Wishing you much success.
