They were literally holding the entire home up, so I would assume the basement wall no longer had much weight on it.Re-sale would be my concern & most of those we viewed in the affected area are heavily discounted with some empty & on the market >174 days.

We're lucky to have an excellent HVAC/electrical/plumbing guy whose who is worth his weight in gold; he's diabetic and I'm giving him freebie nutrition lessons (I'm a registered dietitian in so-called real life) to keep him going!  

I would prefer any of the two below: (probably the lighter colored one)

Colleges look at relative ranks within a class and give it high weight.

Also best that they remove any filters or aerators from facets before taking a sample, as these can collect junk and habor microbes, and even disinfecting the end of the faucet with a lighter wouldn't hurt.

Also, as you progress along in your investment career, growth becomes less important than wealth preservation ... this is when many investors tend to go lighter on the leverage because their portfolio is already large enough and protecting it is more important than growing it.

That some judges use it adds particular weight.
