Hey Joe,I have a house that I am looking to assign for $50k and I feel that it fits your buying criteria, in the Springfield Michigan area if you are interested in taking a look at.

I also have a friend in the Wyoming neighborhood who's interested in taking a closer look at RE investing, so wanted to find out if (and where) others are finding a steady flow of BRRRRable properties (likely SFR or small MFRs to start). 

BP is great but we (Canadians) need to intake the message and adapt to our reality.

One other issue that Bill mentioned is lack of air intake for combustion.

Lenders typically have no interest in taking on another property when they are underwriting a loan; especially not one on foreign soil.

My head is spinning with all of the information I have been intaking and don't know where to begin.

What is the software platform you will use to collect rents AND intake maintenance requests. ???
