Go knock the door, talk to them, inquire about the property - don't be pushy.

Long before finding BP, a friend of mine called the out of state owner to inquire about his desire to sell. 

In fact one of the owners called and stated he wasn't interested in selling the home I inquired about but went on to tell me about two of his other properties as well as a couple other properties that may be of interest to me.Good luck, Patron!

The LLC can inquire with Bayview for a payoff statement which they must deliver within 7 days.  

What you don't want is a string of credit inquires that can appear to other lenders as having been turned down from them.

Inquiring minds want to know if you are a full time property manager.

I have been having a lot of issues with so called  investor "professionals" lately not returning phone calls when I call to inquire on properties they have posted somewhere for sale, typically off market.  

I still have yet to get a hold of his previous property managers to inquire about rent payment history.Tenant applicant B (husband and wife):- Both credit scores are slightly under our requirements- Income greatly exceeds our requirements (18x the amount!)
