Hello BP,    I'm designing my own business cards on Zazzle and I'm trying to figure out how to add the equal housing and realtor logos to my card.

I wanted to reach out across the forum and see if anybody had any tips or criteria that they incorporate into their lists to make them more effective in targeting properties for a fix and flip strategy.

When I'm putting work into adding context to the site, which isn't daily, I'd say I invest anywhere from an hour to 3, specifically on SEO targeted context.A few things that I would suggest, firstly you have words in your logo, that are just a standard font.

Are there any landlords out there with a good running list of tenant proof materials, products, tips, etc. they try incorporating into all their rentals?

I want to design a logo/Brand for real estate that I can use for selling, buying and renting homes.

The market incorporated all of this good news already into pricing.And new construction of apartments has made a comeback big time.
