My realtor keeps encouraging me to get a home warranty through American Home Shield, but their reviews on the web are not impressive.

I have reviewed the discussion boards and I am impressed with this forum's community like atmosphere and very informative insight.

I was under the impression that the Social Network was new for 2008 and I wasn't sure if local meetings would be held.

It was purchased in 1994 for $114K, not sure what the first loan amount was.It's my impression that the owner already had bad credit (by the percent on the loan) & because they are currently living in a lease option house (not sure if they moved into this when they moved out of the house they own).Geez!

While impressions are important, what is more important is the ability to deliver.

My impression is that most people on this forum invest in mainly residential and some small commercial properties.

Many people are under the impression that fixed-rate loans are tied to Fed rate cuts, they are not. 8)

His stock picks average an 18% return (almost hard to believe, but very impressive).Given the fact that the man knows investing, how could he not recommend purchasing something using "buy low, sell high"?

About 2 years now on this forum, and I am still impressed with the quality of the members!
