@Timothy YangAt this stage of your life, I highly recommend reading, attending networking events, and speak to investors who have SUCCESSFULLY invested in whatever type of investing you have most interest in.

There's correlation in this, it's called those black swan events.

I'd highly recommend looking at going to the Investor lab events or join the local REI.

Trusts do have benefits, but the costs for you at this juncture may outweigh those benefits.Often times, what people truly want is to just be protected in the event the unforseen happens with the property, and thus, a solid, robust insurance policy is often the most cost effective route at this point.
