I had a house with radiator heat develop a mold issue.  

There’s a 3bd/2ba home listed at $83,500 built in 1949 with central air/heat if I put 20% down , will I be able to rent it out ASAP ?

We have had a number of clients that would get urine smells and when we went into the crawl we would find evidence of cats that had urinated in crawl and it would be more evident in the heat. 

The upside positives are slight increase in rents, flipping electric & heat back to tenants, renting out the 8 storage units.The future rents , with increase, stays in line not to overprice..... compared to home ownership.The property is well in the 1% rule.

Winning can be losing if you let the heat of the competition cause you to make bad decisions.

We are seeing a trend we’re competition (demand) is heating up outside the core while options (supply) are increasing in the core.

You’ll do fine just remember to wear a bulletproof vest and pack heat when you collect rents
