As mentioned above, the University provides a lot of different types of renters like grad students, recent graduates, professors, health professionals and stuff.

My husband and I are now looking at other places more  look at Columbus Ohio for new construction. don't buy existing 100 year old inventory that the 1 of 20 realtors here will try to sell you and don't for all the off market stuff either

All my stuff sits between E Warren & Mack Ave which I consider to be the "heart" of Morningside.

The harder wear layer stuff gouges less when someone drags a bed across it.I use Innago, free, very good.

Small stuff but balls dropped repeatedly.

It will need pretty much all the cosmetic stuff, but structural stuff seems not so bad from photos.

We would like to keep the operating revenue and expenses separate from our personal stuff but want to file them along with our personal tax returns.
