Those self-education activities and numerous blogs, technical charting books, ETFs, index funds, 24/5 futures, fx, metals, commodities, energies, cyclical methods, moon phases, sun spots studies, etc made me feel like I am some sort of small authority so out of hobby started working on market charts to make those theories put to work in real life just for fun.

Try changing that to an embedded command: "Call me today at xxx-xxx-xxxx.I know this is splitting hairs, but in my split testing, I've noticed that even the placement of a comma can make a big difference.

Many residential properties in good business locations can be modified and converted to insurance, doctor/denist offices, gift shops, rest/tea houses, used car dealerships, hair saloons, lounges/bars, not far from me is an appraisers office.
