Save as much as you can for 5 years, eat hamburger instead of steak, become a student of success, read Millionaire Real Estate Investor every few months (and other books) & be thankful you are smart enough to ask the question you asked at an early age. 

It was frustrating because it wasn't an old boiler and the only issue seemed to be the pilot which is a very quick light with a BIC Grill lighter.

Because of the incredible competition, I "sell the sizzle, not the steak" by providing and emphasizing the amenities that US tourists need to feel comfortable and doing everything I can by way of service.  

They meet every Tuesday at lunchtime at the Mongolian Grill on Mill Plain Blvd.

I bet you a steak dinner that either he doesn't ever post here again or posts maybe a couple more posts before he leaves.

I managed to have a 1 on 1 conversation with him and learned a ton in the 30min conversation, we have plans to meet up again in the near future over a steak dinner (My treat), and discuss more real estate and other topics.

The next meeting is set for Sept. 26 2015, 6:00 pm at RE Investors Meetup in Hot Springs Arkansas at Brick House Grill.

There are a lot of great places between I75 and I85 in north Atlanta like the HUD grill and the 5 seasons. 

There is a local meet up next Thursday 8/14 at 7 pm at Brio Tuscan Grill in Town Center.
