I'm looking for an investment strategy that should make at least a ~10% CAGR on my equity (to compensate me for the extra effort of not sticking to my current low-maintenance investment strategy), and that would allow me to invest at least $100k per year.

Perhaps knowing as much as I know about risk has made me a bit too risk averse - but I am about to step in the game and give it everything.More than likely, I will focus my efforts on Indiana and very likely Indianapolis in particular, but I am also amassing intel and remaining open minded.

Were you able to glean anything from responders in this effort? 

Ya that does seem high, but I do know that they went up earlier this year and they're making an effort to increase rents to compete with the all time high cash rents in the area.
