I think you are letting your feelings get in the way of making bad business decisions.

With that said I feel like I significantly improved my position and reduced my stress..Being  high income earner is great, but the goal is what you keep and what you spend.

Just don’t feel like you have to walk into the arena blind.

So feel free to DM me if you think I could help.The other reason for me to reply to you is to debunk some untruths that are being circulated about international investing, as it could help all readers who bump into this thread.It's not true that many European countries require you to be a citizen or a permanent resident to invest in real estate there and certainly not in the countries that you mentioned.

I feel like by coining the word 'househacking' we've made it into this new, shiny, crazy thing and it's not.
