Again maybe i'm suffering from beginners fear, i want to put in the work, just not if its not there.

State legislatures feared this would prevent people from starting new businesses in their state for fear they may lose their own own personal assets in the ever increasing litigious environment.

I fear he's going to mess up with this repairman and he'll be impossible for me to find. 

The fear of losing your deposit is real for me, that's the reason I give to the local bank when they ask me to bank with them, although it is the same in a sense, but at least when these big banks close, either fed govt kicks in, some bigger bank buys them, or there is a total chaos which brings in more attention than that of a local bank that has only 5 branches.

The things we fear the most rarely take place.

many people fear losing the tenant and keep rents put.  

To know that someone had the same fear and over came that fear and shared their story, really helps a person to stay focused and eager to just do it. 

I will admit that I am fearful, but determined to learn the about real estate investing.

I can handle that doubling but the fear of the unknown has me getting cold feet.

Hi, I'm a newbie to this forum so please be gentle.I've always had a fear about investments, mainly because you'd "lose" money now and won't see the profit until much later.
