I did go pretty deep into some emotional and pain and suffering issues from my past that made me who I am today, so I hope that stuff resonates with others out there and provides some inspiration that nothing can hold you back!

The show, combined with books from this site, have helped me gain so much confidence that now as I hunt for my first deal I feel that I have patience, perspective, and knowledge that I would not have otherwise had - and it is going to help me find the RIGHT deal (you know the one where the numbers work instead of using emotion to make the decision, thank you David Greene.)

We therefore need a professional in the Cleveland area used to working 1) with people looking for buying an investment property and not a primary residence (emotion vs numbers) 2) people who even if they're working hard to understand the city's geography don't know the area like the back of their hand and need guidance and insight of an insider, who need someone who pro-activily suggests potential interesting neighborhoods that make sense for the project and doesn't wait for the buyer to ask what about here?
