We have been fighting this since the 1950s yet it keeps being proposed by lawmakers.Fighting against this tax has saved investors countless dollars already and voting for a constitutional ban against future transfer taxes will definitely save investors countless dollars in the future. 

There are countless investors on here with a ton of knowledge 

There's not one successful person on this planet that didn't make countless mistakes or didn't have to overcome hardships and failure.

There's all kinds of books, materials, podcasts and webinars on a countless amount of topics.  

Atleast that's the way I felt after 9 podcasts and countless hours reading posts here on Bigger Pockets.  

Well, I educated myself on the business of REI for the price of a many lunches and cups of coffee (networking costs ;) , gas money, couple of RE attorney hours (contract education), countless books and periodicals, REI club membership dues and lot's and lot's of time.

Over the years I have looked at countless listed properties where the flip investors went broke and had to walk away from rehab and/or sell at a loss.

I moved to MA from CT and currently going through Sean Terry's Flip2Freedom Academy and have seen countless students become successful.

And sorry to digress, but to conclude this segment of the post, do not accept just anyone to your circle of trust and much less to your power team, you work for yourself if someone promises you gains for your time, you may as well be a W-2 in corporate America, and actually get paid instead of me who wasted countless hours for no pay and lost deals, while I could have looked for properties for myself and made cash.
