The only advice that I can offer is to try to keep cool and objective.

NOT COOL.

Timber is pretty cool .  

Idea behind replacing the oil furnace is avoid having the copper lines risking freezing during very cold winters, not having to worry about oil delivery and possible spills and overall it simplifies maintenance of the unit and make it more appealing with central cooling and heating.

The unit runs fine and keeps the home cool at 74 degrees when it's over 100 degrees outside.

Hi @Nick Jordan I didn't have cleaning performed but I had Metro Heating & Cooling install central AC and they were great.

Its really cool to set goals, and see them transform.

i thought it would be a cool look, but obviously, moisture could be an issue.
