Can anyone confirm if Buildium, AppFolio or other big one also charges per ACH?

Overall I have the impression that many software/tools--provide very interesting amount of actual deeds, history, lien info, county recorded documents, or other direct data.Here is an incomplete list of some services I'm looking into, to see if I find one (or 2) that are a good fit!

Property Radar is our favorite software by far (no affiliation other than I love it).

Whichever PMS (property management software) that you use make sure it integrates with your lock.

Confirm residential history and communicated with the current landlord/manager?

I am not sure if what we use is specific to our software suite but we use HappyStays app (same parent co of Streamline VRS). 

I’m a student in the class of MF Mind Set, the last review mentions that MFCP can not do business in Texas , has anyone confirmed this to be true ? 

I am fed up using Propstream. I started with Batch leads. Both does not have more than 50% correct data in my opinion. What else are you using. I reviewed Property Radar recently too, have yet to try.

Find a local lender, you can start with where you have your money and then branch out, and confirm what you will need to qualify as @Nathan Gesner said above.
