I have just begun my head first dive into investing and found a pretty great deal in NC.

As I grow my portfolio  I have begun to think about the next step in hiring property management or potentially working to establish a team that can manage my future properties and systems the way I want them done.

We have LLCd recently and have begun renovating both properties.  

If they respond negotiation have just begun.
