Wow, I just found this site tonight and am greatly inspired.

It inspires me every time I read it even though inside I realize it's not quite that easy.

Hello Everyone, I am excited to be part of the biggerpockets community.My interest in investment real-estate was inspired while I was working as a residential property manager for an investment company in CA.

The book resonated with me.My inspiration is my family, with 3 girls, twin 2 year olds and a 5 year old, I have a feeling that I'm going to need some some serious money in about 12 years or so. ;) The book that got me started taking action was "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind" by T.

As for colors, we can probably come up with something that will work since it's a we don't have a kitchen to do (it was already completely remodeled) so that will save us a bit.
