For me, it depends on the timing of the meetings, and my availability to attend the meetings due to me still working my 9 to 5 on top of doing the real estate investing gig on the side.

I would love to attend one soon.

I will certainly be attending, I have tons of questions regarding my particular situation.

I've found a few local REI meetups and plan to attend in the coming weeks. 

In February 2019, I had almost no work, and I decided to attend a seminar about real estate investments.

I understand it is a riskier arena, but, I believe I have done enough ground work and have attended couple of court step auctions as well. 

So definitely go attend meetups, in fact you may not even need to go to far away meet ups, you may find investors in your local area that invest in Pennsylvania and Delaware.

I suspect many of those who call themselves lenders on this board are really affiliates.Obviously, you can become a broker and originate loans for other lenders.If you haven’t considered it, consider becoming a member of the AAPL and attend their convention.

Has anyone attended both and could recommend which I should go to since its my first meet up.

I'll probably be trying to attend the local NICIA meetings coming up if it works out for my schedule.
