Why should an investor pay attention to your data or trust your analysis? 

I read an interesting paper the other day, dealing with the question if we could re-launch modern society, if we had to start over from a pre-industrial stage for example after a nuclear exchange.

Based on analysis of demand.

Man focus now is to improve analysis of properties.

I am an attorney and I disagree with your analysis.

You have no rights to the property until the tax deed is filed at the Charleston County Register of Deeds (ROD) conveying the property to you as the new owner.Once again in this post - go work with a good attorney in your state that is familiar with these rules, along with your CPA (local or not) to walk through the analysis as it applies to your particular jurisdictions. 

But it gets tricky as you've really got to either know the area or open to learn as our neighborhoods are diverse and in various stages of redevelopment. 

This will then eliminate the possibility of creating an unintended presumed agency relationship.Not sure I agree with the analysis, but it does make an apparent (superficial?)
