Especially Milwaukee, but I may be a little biased there ;)Since you're looking for turnkey and properties needing cosmetic repairs, keep an eye out for homes with good bones that just need a little updating.

My website needs to be updated but those are the homes I got from 2016 to 2019.

I would rent them out with strong cashflow before selling and make all the necessary updates and have your agent pull detailed comps to see what you can actually get out of the property.
