The FICO scoring algorithms do not accurately capture creditworthiness in many cases. 

When it comes to investing and making money, I just can't rely on a random algorithm to help determine my ARV.  

But I am convinced it's impossible to understand the CL algorithm.

DO NOT use their little algorithm that posts how much it should rent for..... totally bogus just like the property value they post.Pretend you are a renter and visit every site you would be scanning if you were looking for a unit...... compare all the comps to your property and use that

They use the same algorithm as Seattle.

FB, Zillow, Trulia etc etc .......and look....compare the units that are somewhat similar to yours...bedrooms, bath, location, condition etcA lot of the "services" just use some algorithm based on bedroom, bath and sq footage.... they don't account for condition and locationSo do your own "apples to apples" search

Okay, she's out at this point anyway, but normally I would have asked her to correct the income so the algorithm can work.

As for reviews, I think Yelp probably has designed a better algorithm than BBB for determining legitimate reviews.

The numbers are taken from an algorithm, but it’s not specific Enough.
