First, The Real Deal, "scum online magazine" pretending to be a real estate outlet, The Huffington Post, always been a garbage dump, numerous The South Florida Business Journals who never asked for my side, endless fake news outlets,  even some lenders tried to get in on the action like, Balanced Bridge Funding and Western Capital.  

The good ones should have a portfolio of magazine quality properties.  

Scotsman's guide, a lender magazine, has online site capability to search lenders, programs, state to state etc. 

Sorry to sidetrack, but the place is not what it appears in magazines.

There was a recent article in a developers magazine out here in the west that mentioned 10 "still hot" areas in the country.
