I am also starting to feel as I have enough basic knowledge to attend in person REIA meetings and classes and try to network which I know is a great step as currently I am just attending 1/2 online webinars a week and listening to the BP podcast. 

Attend some local REIAS -  being a newbie -  Seasoned REIs will assess if you are a viable bird/dog or apprentice 3. 

I would love to attend one soon.

In February 2019, I had almost no work, and I decided to attend a seminar about real estate investments.

Additionally, it's worth noting that this year alone, 130,000 people from 180 countries attended music festivals in the area in January alone. 

For me, it depends on the timing of the meetings, and my availability to attend the meetings due to me still working my 9 to 5 on top of doing the real estate investing gig on the side.

I've found a few local REI meetups and plan to attend in the coming weeks. 

I understand it is a riskier arena, but, I believe I have done enough ground work and have attended couple of court step auctions as well. 

So definitely go attend meetups, in fact you may not even need to go to far away meet ups, you may find investors in your local area that invest in Pennsylvania and Delaware.

From the start I was already upset paying $150 for a "training fee" for which I didn't want to attend nor did I attend because I work and can't hangout on zoom calls in the middle of the day.
