Once you have your order, you schedule an appointment with local law enforcement to be present and keep the peace while your movers move all the possession out onto the street.Most states have a very similar mechanism for the eviction lawsuit. 

I have her saying that she will be moving out on 1/1/2020 and I will document when she actually hires movers and moves out of the property.
