Look at the makeup on the North side, there are not many condo buildings once you get away from downtown or the lake, and there are not many bigger lots to develop them on.

It's not the best looking property in a lakes community, has high taxes, long commutes, no lake frontage and is a small 3 bed/1 bath house that lacks in curb appeal due to the slope of the land and how the house sits.

If, however, the CB brokerage is large in terms of number of agents that are physically there to snatch up the walk-in traffic or the brokerage has a location that doesn't lend itself to walk-in traffic, then being a part of a large brokerage in a smaller market just means there's more big fish in a small lake and not much left for you.

Recent/current renters include:well established attorney who went through a divorce/medical issues - $850/mo;IT professional, 15 years with same company - divorcing - $900/mo for bedroom at lake estate;IT contract worker with home & family elsewhere - $550/mo - unit was "empty" 2 days from previous renter; This rent is more than previous real estate broker landlord got for entire house!
