In our suburb markets of the Twin Cities, we seem to have hit a slow patch.

Add in inflation, tax benefits to include depreciation, the slow increasing of rents over time, and the ability to use leverage at purchase--well, there are a variety of benefits to investing in property.

What it comes down do is a lot of them wanted to do a deal " or say they did" but when I brought them one they were to slow to react and the property went under contract.
